Deck The Halls With Busy Busy, Busy Busy Busy

You get the point, I have had so much to do with work and my Girl scout Troop and Christmas and wow Black Friday was over a week ago already! Where is the time going? I know its being swallowed up by the never ending vast black hole of a constant full plate that is my life of late. I’m serious I get so busy I will sometimes enter a room lately and spin around in a full circle trying to sort out my whirling thoughts and send my body in the correct direction for the next action I have to take. People have witnessed this, I think they think I’m crazy. Well its Christmas time so they are not far off.

I am a Christmas fanatic, my lights are up a day or two after Halloween and I am on the hunt for several hundred dollars worth of the perfect gifts to pile around my mothers pathetically small tree in an attempt to see if one day we can bury it. I love this time of year though more than any other, the music, the lights, being with my family and spending time with my parents. My mother still puts on a Christmas Eve spread that is amazing and unequaled in my opinion. She spends weeks baking cookies and breads, oh its something. I on the other hand am running around finding cocoa supplies to make up a zillion jars of cocoa for my Scouts to sell and planning a party for my work and shopping and working and more Scouts and my daughters dance class and they have a fund raiser and cleaning and cooking, AAAAH. I just wanna sit down with a nice cup of nog and put my feet up, but I have to run to Mall Of America and pick up a Rudolph at Build A Bear cuz I promised my daughter so off I go in the foot of fresh snow. Fa La La La La, la la la la.
