They Are Out To Get Us One Nasty Product At A Time

I received an e-mail from my mother today and its about another lovely product straight from China. I wasn’t able to view the actual e-mail but after talking to my mother on the phone was able to find a sight with photos and the whole works. Sandal burns. The thing that freaked me out about all this is my daughter had a pair of these and she got blisters from them which I attributed to the way they fit so I went and got her different sandals and forgot all about it. Now I’m not a paranoid person but I have checked the toy recall lists this last year just in case, more for the younger kids that come to my house than my daughter. She is a little old to be putting toys in her mouth, but I checked just the same and she had items on the list but not for lead, for small, loose magnets, so I figure no worries. But this is just getting down right ridiculous, I mean now I gotta worry about her footwear and my own. Now I did a little research and found some brief reports that sounded like they may have pulled the shoes by the end of summer but with no admission of why or about these burns or whether it will all be forgotten by next summer and some stores may just restock them.
