April’s Taste Bud Theme- Lovin’ Those Leftovers

Okay, I intended to start this whole series of Weekly Taste Buds out with more of a bang than leftovers, but really thats what April makes me think of. You have left over snow and weather, you have left over Easter eggs and usually left over ham if you eat ham that is. So I decided some good recipes to get rid of those refrigerators full of leftovers would give us all a fresh start for May. Just like April showers bring May flowers well April’s leftovers bring May………uh……anybody got a rhyme for leftovers?…..

April’s recipe line-up will include; Traditional egg salad, Ham and Cheese Hot dish, Split Pea soup and a spicy twist on deviled eggs. That should about clean out my fridge, I don’t know about anyone else, I do know if you still have Easter eggs at the end of April please for goodness sake throw them out!
