Weekly Taste Bud #1: Egg Salad
Here we go, for those of you with Easter Eggs still hanging around lets get rid of them. I was going to do Traditional Egg salad but I found out thats not what I make because I do not use pickles or Mayonnaise (who needs more eggs?) I use Miracle Whip or a generic equivalent with the fancy name Salad Dressing.
4-5 Hard Boiled Eggs (Peel and mush with a fork till you have small chunks)
1 cup Salad Dressing (see if its moist enough add more as needed)
A big squirt of yellow mustard (about 2 Tblsp) or Dijon, or Hot Mustard if you feel like gettin’ crazy
Half a medium onion chopped fine 
1 stalk of celery chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together well, put on bread, I have heard Rye is good with this. Oh yeah I do not eat Egg Salad, I do however make it for Chad and he really likes it.
