Weekly Taste Bud #4 Nippy Deviled Eggs

*laughing* Now thats a funny word…..Nippy. Anyway here in the north nippy means cold but these must be southern deviled eggs because they are anything but cold, I will also be giving a variation on the deviled egg called sharks eggs. Personally I find it kind of weird but hey who am I to judge what people like to eat? Remember these are leftover recipes that remind me of spring and Easter, I Do Not Condone Using Any Easter Eggs At This Point, throw them away start with fresh.

Nippy Deviled Eggs

6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled and sliced in half
2 Tblsp. Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp grated onion
1 tsp Horseradish
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Sprinkle of paprika or salt and pepper when done

I take the yolks and everything and throw it in my food processor till its a smooth yellow goo, then I spoon it into the whites and chill. (the eggs not me) But you could mash this all together by hand also and I have seen Martha Stewart use a pastry bag to fill her eggs all fancy.

Sharks Eggs Variation
Do everything as in the last recipe except delete the horseradish and dry mustard, add 1/4 can of tuna, mix well, and fill eggs as usual.

These are the last recipes for April, a sneak peak at next months theme: May is cooking with color.
