Weekly Taste Bud #5 Unbelievable Chicken Salad

This is a chicken salad to write home about, I am not kidding once you try this you will never go back to mayonnaise laden goo you used to eat. This will spoil you for other noodle salads, I have had dreams about eating this salad, it is the ambrosia of cold pasta salads. It also goes along with Mays theme of cooking with color because its also a very pretty salad.

Ingredients:
1 box Rainbow Vegetable Rotini
1 can peas
3 carrots thinly shaved, potato peeler works well
1 large or 2 small cans white chicken
2 stalks celery diced fine
1 jar Marzettis coleslaw dressing ( This is very important!) If you don’t find Marzettis get a GOOD Slaw dressing with little to no dill in it. (the dill seeds will look like lots of black specks) Dill ruins the overall flavor.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
Boil noodles, rinse with cold water while draining to stop cooking, mix all other ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour or until well chilled.

This salad is awesome the next day also because the pasta soaks up a bit of the sauce. MMMM I gotta go get some my mouth is watering!
